This policy explains which cookies we use on engagy360.com and why. How we process personal data in general, including your rights, is described in our Privacy Policy at https://engagy360.com/privacy-policy.
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember information between pages or visits. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in the same way; in this policy we call all of them cookies.
Some cookies are set by us. Others are set by the providers of tools we use, in our case Google and Microsoft.
We use two kinds of cookies:
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through Cookie Settings, the gear icon in the bottom left corner of the website. Withdrawing consent does not affect the use of cookies before the withdrawal.
We do not use advertising, remarketing or social media tracking cookies.

If you log in to the administration area of the website, WordPress also sets its own login cookies. Visitors who do not log in do not receive them.

Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) gives us statistics about visits: which pages are viewed, how long visits last, where visitors come from and what devices they use.
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) shows us how visitors interact with pages, through heatmaps of clicks and scrolling and recordings of sessions. Clarity masks text entered into forms by default, so it does not record what you type.
Both tools use cookie identifiers and your IP address, which are personal data. Google and Microsoft may process this data in the United States. Those transfers rely on their certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (see Section 7 of our Privacy Policy).
