We are a Microsoft partner, a member of the EUVIC Technological Group and the only authorized AvePoint partner in Poland – listed among the largest independent solution vendors (ISVs) for Microsoft technologies. Our mission is to ensure the highest standard of services to ensure a carefully designed, future-proof and human-focused Digital Workplace based on the Microsoft 365 platform. Our team was involved in more than 200 international projects. Our expertise is confirmed by certifications – we hold Gold & Silver level Microsoft certifications, as well as Advanced Specialization in Modern Work.

Step 1 – Application submission

Step 2 – Application analysis and selection
We will analyze your application. We will reply to every submission, but only selected candidates will be invited for an interview.
Step 3 – Phone call
We will contact selected candidates, offering a meeting online or at our office.
Step 4 – Interview
The manager of the department you are applying to will participate in the recruitment meeting. We will discuss your professional experience, motivation and mutual expectations. We will say a few words about the role, department, current project and the company itself.
Step 5 – Feedback
When the recruitment process is finished, we will communicate the results to you. If both parties are interested in establishing cooperation, we will extend an employment offer. Upon acceptance of the conditions by both parties, we will offer a convenient date to sign the contract.

I started as a Manual Tester while still at university. I verified the projects realized for the clients, and I learned about the constantly growing Microsoft 365 platform. I was quick to get involved with our enterprises and started suggesting improvements to projects. The company provided me with opportunities to grow and get certified. That allowed me to reach the position of a QA Specialist. The experience and knowledge I gained sparked my interest in product development. I then had the chance to switch to the position of a Product Specialist. Thanks to IT-Dev my knowledge and experience of the world of Microsoft technology constantly grows and benefits my career.
